Fees & Insurance

I prioritize transparency in my pricing structure and insurance coverage. I believe in clear communication about costs and insurance options, so you can make informed decisions about your care without any surprises.

Payments

Intake session: $225

55 minute sessions: $200

Intensive therapy: $300/hr for anything over 2 hours or on a weekend day. Intensive therapy cannot be billed to insurance.

Free Consultation: I offer a free 20 minute consultation prior to the first session (in person or by phone)

Sliding Fee: Sliding fee discounts are available on a limited number of slots for those in financial need

Intensive Therapy Consultation: I offer 1 hour consultations for EMDR Intensive Therapy for $100 (can be applied toward the intensive cost if you decide to schedule with a start date of 3 months from the consult call).

Cancellation: If you are unable to make your appointment, please provide 24 hour notice to avoid being charged the full fee for the session. I accept cash, check, HSA/FSA or credit card, payment due at the time of service.

Insurance

I am currently in network to bill Pacific Source, Samaritan Choice and OHP Open Card/DMAP (I am not able to bill CareOregon or Trillium OHP).

Out of network billing is an option with most insurance commercial companies. Please contact me to discuss questions about billing and payment.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit: www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 877-696-6775.
